Ah, it’s time for us to say goodbye to November; she was wonderful. Now I’m ready to greet December with open arms.
But before we do, I would like to share some of my monthly obsessions for the month of November!
Slow mornings
I think it was the shift in seasons, but I’ve been feeling the need to slow down especially in my mornings. The morning time is usually when I try to get as many things done from 5am to the time I have to start classes or go to work at 8am.
Instead of being on jam-packing my mornings, I simplified it for the season and I feel so much better because of it.
Yoga outdoors
I used to always feel self-conscious whenever I attempted to do yoga out in the open, but this month I really stepped out of my comfort zone and started doing yoga outside more often.
Avocado toast
How could I have been vegan for 6 years now and never tried avocado toast?!
It’s beyond me really, but I’m so glad I tried it recently because it’s now one of my favorite things to have for breakfast.
The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin Sharma
I’m a huge fan of Robin Sharma. I discovered his work one day as I was in the library and picked up his book titled “The 5am Club”.
I heard that “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari” was similar to one of my all-time favorites “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho, so I had to get my hands on it.
The book is full of great gems and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it this month and often quote passages on my instagram.
Ruth B.
This artist has always been on my playlists but I’ve been listening to all of her songs on repeat.
One of my favorites by her at the moment is “Young”.
That is all for my November favorites, I hope you enjoyed this blog post! Comment down below some of your monthly favorites, I would love to hear them 🙂
Until next time, goodbye November.
